Richmond Mortgage Fund is managed by Ballina Mortgage Management Ltd (BMML) who acts as a Responsible Entity in accordance with the Corporations Act, Constitution and Compliance Plan.

BMML (ABN 66 092 594 477) is an unlisted public company licenced by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and is the holder of Australian Financial Services Licence No 241094.

Richmond Mortgage Fund commenced operations in 1968 (as Richmond Trust Fund) and became registered under the "Managed Investments Act" in 2001.

We have adopted widely accepted policies in our lending ratios and asset selection criteria to protect the value and quality of the Richmond Mortgage Fund's first mortgage investment pool.
