Continuous Disclosure

In June 2009, the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) released new disclosure guidelines for unlisted "disclosing" entities such as Richmond Mortgage Fund and Richmond Cash Fund.

The guidelines allow the Fund’s to meet theirs continuous disclosure obligations to you via our website (www.richmondinfo.com.au) rather than lodging the information with ASIC.

This has been done because website disclosure is now, generally considered, the most effective means of disclosing new material information to investors in a timely and efficient manner.

Our Commitment to You

We are committed to ensuring that for the Fund’s:

  • all material information is included on our website
  • you are able to find the information easily
  • any new, significant information will be made available on the website as soon as practicable
  • we will keep the information on our website whilst it is relevant

Investors can obtain a hard copy of any information found on our website free of charge by contacting our Investor Services team on 02 66 866 055.

*Investors should note there is a risk that the investments may achieve a lower than expected return. The Funds are not a bank deposit and investors risk losing some or all of their principal investment. Investors should consider the Product Disclosure Statements before making any investment decisions.
