Bryan Marriott - Chairman
Bryan Marriott was a partner of Marriott Foreman Chartered Accountants from 1972 to 2007 and has been a Director of Marriott Foreman Financial Planning since 1998. He is a Certified Practising Accountant, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Certified Financial Planner.
Bryan has been a Director of Ballina Mortgage Management Limited since its inception in 2000 and a Manager of the Richmond Trust Fund since 1987.
Ian Cardow - Managing Director
Ian was employed by Westpac Banking Corporation for 22 years where he held a number of positions including Senior Commercial Banking Manager and Regional Credit Risk Manager based in Lismore, New South Wales. In 2001 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of another mortgage trust in northern New South Wales, a position he held until early 2005.
Ian graduated from Sydney University with a Bachelor of Business in 2002 and has completed a number of ASIC and Securities Institute courses relating to managed investment schemes.
Ian has been a Director of Ballina Mortgage Management Limited since March 2005.
Andrew Young - Director
Andrew was employed by Westpac Banking Corporation for 24 years, the last 12 years as relationship manager in Sydney and the Northern Rivers. He joined another mortgage fund as general manager in July 2000 remaining in that role until early 2003. In 2004 he was appointed as general manager of the Sunnybrand Chickens Group, a business which has 450 employees and an annual turnover approaching $80 million.
Andrew has a Bachelor of Business and is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
Andrew has been a Director of Ballina Mortgage Management Limited since October 2007.
Jacob Van Dommele - Director
Jake has had over 30 years retailing experience on the Northern Rivers of New South Wales, predominantly in the furnishing industry, including 20 years as managing director of "Vados Furniture Stores" and 6 years with the "Super A Mart" furniture chain.
In recent years Jake has been involved with property developments, has a retail consultancy business and has been actively involved with Richmond Mortgage Fund on a consultancy basis.
Jake has been a director of Ballina Mortgage Management Limited since January 2008
